the real situation

we produce 10% of our oil comsuption and import 90%

we produce 50% of our wheat consumption and import 50%

we produce 75% of our suger consumption and import 25%

you know why ?? a system of agriculture like that ofcourse will come up with these results;

poor irrigation , poor harvesting, poor practices like fertilization and poor systems of pest management.

all results of the isolation between the academic researches and the agricultural farms... we dont have to just expand the cultivated land we have to conduct the academic branch with the business brach
